Philco Model 46-1203 Radio-Phonograph Combination Console - A Philco Model 46-1203, Code 125, radio-phonograph combination console dating to the mid-1940s. The unit is constructed with a dark-stained wood cabinet featuring a horizontal, louvered speaker grille on the left and a vertical radio dial on the right. The front panel is equipped with three control knobs for Dial Tuning, Tone, and a selector for Phono, Off, and Radio. A hinged top lid opens to reveal an integrated record player with settings for automatic and manual playback. The internal chassis contains a collection of vacuum tubes, including an RCA branded tube, and the original Philco service wiring diagram (Part No. 39-8231). The unit is designed for 115 Volts AC operation. 12 x 23 x 16.75 inches The wood cabinet shows signs of age and use, including visible scratches, scuffs, and finish wear across multiple surfaces. The back panel is missing. The functional condition of the radio and phonograph electronics is unknown. Untested, only the light came on when turned on.
