A Group of Georges Briard 'Persian Garden' Glass Serving Dishes - A group of Mid-Century Modern glass serving dishes by Georges Briard in the 'Persian Garden' pattern. Each rectangular, shallow dish is crafted from clear glass with extensive gilded decoration. The design features a dense, stylized botanical and floral motif across the main surface, complemented by geometric borders. The reverse of the glass has a textured or frosted appearance, upon which the gold-tone pattern is applied. One of the larger dishes is clearly signed 'Georges Briard'. Comprising five dishes of varying sizes: approximately 15 x 7.5 inches (38 x 19 cm), 10 x 6 inches (25.5 x 15 cm), 8 x 4.5 inches (20 x 11.5 cm), 7 x 4 inches (18 x 10 cm), and 6 x 3.5 inches (15 x 9 cm).
