A black-bodied frame, accented with a thin yellow strip, is attached to the handle and secures silver-toned metal sleigh bells in vertical rows. Visible markings on the handle include a circular black and gold label reading ”COSMIC PERCUSSION DISTRIBUTED BY LP GARFIELD NEW JERSEY, ” and a smaller rectangular gold label stating ”MADE IN TAIWAN.” Measures 12 inches long.
