In the center is a blue-and-white flag with the emblem of HIL (HaHevel HaYami LeIsrael - an association for marine training) in the middle; above and beneath the emblem appears the Hebrew inscription "For the Conquerors of Eilat / HaHevel HaYami LeIsrael".
