Memorial Lamp - Morocco - Memorial lamp. (Kas / Kas Des-s'il). Morocco, dedication from 1957. Sawn and engraved silver; glass. Table-stand, made of two rings and four tall legs decorated with sawn vegetal motifs. A glass vessel is placed on the upper ring, for lighting; a dedication is engraved on the upper ring: ”In memory of Miriam Koriat Iyar 27 5717” (Hebrew). Height (including glass vessel): 19.5 cm, max. width: 18 cm. Good condition. Some soldering. Some bends. It is possible that glass is not original or that the lower ring lacks a glass vessel.
