Hanging Sabbath Lamp - Germany - Hanging Sabbath lamp (Judenstern). [Germany, 18th/19th century]. Cast and engraved brass. Drip bowl (without a pendant), oil container with eight pointed oil fonts, cylindrical baluster shaft, rounded and narrow alternately, rounded upwards and ending with a crown, to which a clover-leaf shaped suspension-hook is attached. Ratchet suspension-hook for adjustable height, decorated with a bird. Height: 48 cm, width: 26.5 cm. Good condition.
