La Turquie sous Abd-ul-Hamid. הוצאת Comité de la Jeune Turquie, "איסטנבול" [למעשה: בריטניה, 1893 בקירוב]. צרפתית.
חוברת מטעם "הטורקים הצעירים", הקוראת לשינוי ממשלו של הסולטן עבדול חמיד השני ומציגה את כישלונותיו – סילוק הסטודנטים מאיסטנבול, מצבה של האוכלוסייה הארמנית, שלוש חוות דעת בקרותיות מפי מדינאים אנגלים ופרק המוקדש לתוכנית הבריחה של הסולטן.
החוברת נדפסה סמוך לשנת 1893 (השנה המופיעה בהקדמה), ללא שם המחבר ועם מקום הדפסה כוזב בעמוד השער – "איסטנבול"; עם פרסומה הורה הסולטן על פתיחת חקירה לאיתור מקורה האמיתי (שהתברר כבריטניה, משם נשלחו העותקים בדואר), ועל שורת פעולות למניעת המשך הפצתה.
