שלשה מסמכים משפטיים, שניים מהם פסקי בית דין בחתימות הרבנים הדיינים. ירושלים, שנות התש"כ:
• פסק דין מבית הדין הרבני האזורי ירושלים. "פסק דין הצהרתי", בענין אלמנה המבקשת חליצה מאחי-בעלה. בפסק הדין נכתב: "לפי הדין אין מצות יבום נוהגת בנידוננו, ומצות חליצה קודמת ליבום..." [נושא רחב, בו היו פולמוסים בין גדולי הדיינים בארץ ישראל האשכנזיים והספרדים, ואכמ"ל בזה]. חתומים הדיינים: רבי אליעזר יהודה ולדינברג, רבי עובדיה יוסף ורבי יוסף קאפח. ירושלים, טבת תשכ"ד דצמבר 1963.
• פסק דין מבית הדין הרבני האזורי ירושלים, בעניין גירושין. בחתימת הדיינים: רבי יוסף בבליקי, רבי אברהם שפירא ורבי מרדכי אליהו [לימים, הרבנים הראשיים לישראל]. ירושלים, שבט תשכ"ח 1968.
• העתק צו בית משפט, בעניין ירושה (ירושת הנפטר הנזכר לעיל, בפסק דין מס' 1). ירושלים, אדר תשכ"ג 1963.
