ספר שפתי דעת, דרשות על התורה, מאת רבי שלמה אפרים מלונטשיץ [בעל ה"כלי יקר"]. פראג, ש"ע-[שע"א 1610]. דפוס משה בן יוסף בצלאל כ"ץ. מהדורה ראשונה.
חתימה בדף השער: "נא' מורי בלא"א דוד ---". חותמתו של "מוהר"ר ר' יעקב קונטענט די[י]ן דק"ק אמשטרדם". חותמות ורישומים נוספים. חתימה בדף האחרון: "אני הירש בר יהודא כץ...".
קו, קח-קכא, קכא-קכב דף. 28 ס"מ. מצב משתנה. כתמים, בהם כתמי רטיבות כהים בדפים הראשונים והאחרונים. קרעים, בהם קרעים משוקמים בדף השער, עם פגיעות קלות בכיתוב שבשער. קרעים חסרים משוקמים בדפים האחרונים, עם פגיעות בטקסט. בלאי. חיתוך דפים עם פגיעות בטקסט. תו-ספר. כריכת עץ מחופה עור מקורית (עברה כריכה מחודשת, עם הוספות של פיסות עור חדשות בשדרה).
