[2], 98; 41; [1], 43-164 leaves. Lacking 4 final leaves (replaced in photocopy). Approx. 23 cm. Fair condition. Stains, including dampstains and dark stains. Creases and wear (some leaves with significant wear). Open tears affecting text, including large open tears affecting text to title page and to several other leaves (leaf 164 mostly lacking), repaired with paper (and photocopy replacement). Worming to several leaves, slightly affecting text. Several places reinforced with paper. Margins trimmed with damage to headings. Inscriptions. Stamp. New binding.
