Executed as an academic exercise and bearing the stamp of the Ecole des Beaux-Arts Decoratifs, dated 11 Janvier 1881 (soir). The reverse is inscribed Contrel Louis, possibly identifying the student who executed the drawing. Sheet size: 31 × 23.5 cm. Overall good condition with age toning, handling marks, and minor edge wear consistent with age.
