Rare USMC Chapeau De Bras in Tin - A rare Indian Wars to Spanish American War era United States Marine Corps Chapeau De Bra in near mint condition. Comes in the original japanned tin which is nice shape with a few scratches present. The chapeau is in near mint condition with red feathers along the rim, looks barely worn. Has a large gold bullion flash on the left-hand side with large USMC button and eagle globe and anchor insignia present. Liner also it's like new fashioned with heavy quilted cloth material. Overall a stunning piece of United States Marine Corps history for your collection. Not often encountered and rarely in this condition!
