Indian War Span Am Era Horstmann Infantry Kepi - A very nice span am era infantry kepi identified to the 74th Regiment which is present on the front badge device. Very nice overall showing some wear consistent with age. Wonderful label on the inside crown that reads WM H Horstmann Company, Philadelphia contractors April 6, 1895. Body is in excellent condition with some very minor wear. Nice leather chinstrap, and brand present with one slight ding on the rim. Missing some of the sweatband and silk liner totally present. Overall a very nice example!!
