SWEDISH MORA PINE GRANDFATHER CLOCK C.1820 - A Swedish Mora pine grandfather clock circa 1820. Two piece solid pine case with removable hood. Clock dial door and middle panel door with pendulum viewing glass. Case is painted white with yellow trim. Clock dial is wood, modified for two gear train movement. Clock dial is two part with pewter hour rind over a wood base, marked I.M.S. Movement is steel with striking gear train removed, one week running. Weights are present but weight pulleys are not present. Pendulum is not present. Ht: 78” Wd: 17” Dpth: 10”
