Auction buying is wholesale and not the same as retail store or retail internet buying. There are no returns based on condition. Our auction items are mostly vintage, mostly from estates, and are not in perfect condition. The items are sold ''as is'', and we are acting as agents, not as principals. To assist prospective bidders in this endeavor, we offer in person open-house preview days prior to the auction, and also provide written condition reports in response to emailed requests submitted to  info@kamelotauctions.com . If a bidder is unable to view an item in person, they are responsible for obtaining/requesting a condition report and/or additional photographs prior to bidding to determine an article's condition, size and any other pertinent information. We strive to be fair and forthright with our descriptions and condition reports, however bidders must acknowledge that antique items often show normal signs of use and wear, which might not be specified in a condition report. The absence of a condition report does not indicate the absence of condition issues with the lot. Please note that condition reports are presented as expert opinions, and are not intended as statements of fact. The accuracy of written or verbal condition reports is not guaranteed. Furthermore, inquiries submitted less than 24 hours prior to auction may not guarantee a response.
