Shipping and Billing Information-PLEASE READ - Please note: These terms apply specifically to this auction, which is being conducted across multiple platforms with a LIVE in house audience in attendence as well. Some policies may differ from our standard terms. Shipping Policy Most lots are NOT available for in house shipping. Shipping for eligible items will be managed and billed through Shipping Saint. Buyers will receive text messages with shipping charges and instructions once packaging is complete. Buyer may arrange their own shipping and packaging for items not available for in house shipping. Pickup Policy Pickup is by scheduled appointment only on Monday (May 26) and Tuesday (May 27) in Clifford PA. A scheduling link will be sent via text message after the sale concludes. Items not picked up, will automatically be assumed as shipping orders—but only if they qualify for in-house shipping. Billing Policy If you would like to pay with cash at pickup and receive a 3% discount, you must inform us before your card is charged. Otherwise, your card on file will be processed automatically after the sale concludes. Invoices totaling over $1,000 must be paid by cash at pickup or wire transfer only.Wire transfer fees are the responsibility of the buyer. All invoices must be paid in full before pickup or before shipping arrangements can be made. HiBid credit cards will be automatically billed following the sale. BidSpirit and JustSoldAuctions.com bidders will receive a self-pay invoice via email. Declined cards will incur a $5 fee. Item Representation Disclaimer Just Sold Auctions does its best to represent all lots accurately, but mistakes can happen. Photos and descriptions serve as the final representation of all items. Buyers are responsible for closely examining photos, requesting additional information if needed, and placing bids accordingly. All sales are final. No returns or refunds will be issued once the auction closes.
