STOP! READ BEFORE BIDDING ON FIREARMS - Firearm Auction Terms and Conditions 1. All Items Sold As-Is: All items are sold AS IS with all faults and imperfections. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect items and assess their condition, value, and other details. While we strive to describe items accurately, no guarantees are made. The bidder is responsible for determining value. 2. Age and Eligibility Requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to register for this auction. You must be 18 to purchase a long gun and 21 to purchase a handgun. 3. No Warranties on Firearms: Just Sold Auctions has not test-fired any firearms in this auction and does not guarantee their condition. It is highly recommended that all firearms be inspected for safety before use. NO REFUNDS. 4. Legal Compliance: All federal and state firearms laws will be strictly followed. Background checks are required for all firearm purchases and must be completed before taking possession. If you fail the background check, the item will be resold in a future auction. Out-of-state firearm purchases must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your area. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs plus a $15 handling fee per firearm. Know your local laws before bidding, as some firearms may be restricted in certain areas. NO REFUNDS. 5. FFL Requirements: If you win a firearm, you must email a copy of your local FFL dealer’s license within 48 hours. Include your name, phone number, and bidder number. Local Pickup and Payment: Local pickups and payments must be completed during the designated pickup times. Background checks will be conducted at that time. 7. Internet Bidding Disclaimer: Online bidding is offered as a convenience, but it may not always function correctly. Just Sold Auctions is not responsible for missed bids due to internet issues. To ensure your bid is placed, consider using the proxy-bidding feature and setting your maximum bid at least 24 hours before the auction starts. We reserve the right to withdraw or adjust items as needed. 8. Remote Bidders: Bidders who cannot attend the live auction or preview should be aware that they may not inspect items as thoroughly as those attending in person. Just Sold Auctions does its best to provide accurate descriptions but cannot be held responsible for errors. We do not guarantee the grading or authenticity of coins. Questions should be asked before the auction begins, and additional photos are available upon request. All sales are final. 9. No International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping. 10. FFL Holders: Firearm dealers holding an FFL must provide a signed, up-to-date copy of their license. No background check is required for FFL holders.
