Bottom marked with Pigeon Forge Pottery Tenn and signed Douglas Ferguson. Cat is 8 3/4” tall, 3 1/2” wide and 6 1/4” head to tail. Pigeon Forge Pottery in Tennessee was founded by Douglas Ferguson, production began in 1947. Each piece was molded or hand thrown and then hand finished. Production ceased in November 2000 with the passing of Mr. Ferguson.
