A HAND CHASED JUDAIC KEEPSAKE BOX. Possibly Palestine, c. 1910. Rectangular form. Chased with lions, vines, pillars and other designs. Embossed in Hebrew: “AND THIS IS THE TORAH THAT MOSES”. Central copper chasing of Moses. Very similar to Bezalel designs of the period. Apparently unsigned. 5.2” x 3.8”.
