Borders decorated with colorful designs, each section separated with a Solomonic pillar. Inscribed on verso in Hebrew: “WITH G-D’S HELP AND HE SHOULD CONTINUE TO BLESS, THIS MEGILLAH WAS WRITTEN IN THE MANNER PRESCRIBED IN THE BOOK TIKKUN SOFRIM IN ACCORDINCE WITH RABBI LEVI YITZCHAK OF BERDITCHEV, HERE IN THE HOLY CITY OF JERUSALEM.”.
