The book Shevet Mussar by Rabbi Eliyahu HaCohen, one of the great rabbis of Izmir.
With an approbation of Rabbi Yedidya Ti'ah Weil, the rabbi of the city of Karlsruhe, the son of the "Korban Netanel" and a student of Rabbi Yonatan Eybeschütz.
96 pages.
Ownership inscription on the title page of the book "the holy one Azriel son of Zelig [?]". His signature also in English.
Condition: Good. Wooden cover covered in leather, original and elaborate but damaged. The remnants of hooks for closing the cover. On the first pages are a few moth holes or burnt signs, with slight damage to the text. Time stains.
