נירה שורץ ילידת ישראל . סיימה בהצטיינות לימודי אמנות באוניברסיטת חיפה, גרה 4 שנים ביפן שם השתלמה באמנות הדפסת הקימונו. הדפסי הסטנסיל שלה נעשים בטכניקה ובחומרים המשמשים בהדפסת הקימונו. עבודותיה נמצאות באוספים פרטיים בישראל, יפן וארה"ב.
