Hermes On Summer Day Silk Shawl 140cm In new without box condition. Original silk screen design c2020 by Nigel Peake features a geometric colorful city scape print in white, blue, gold, brown and black surrounded by a solide blue border. 100% silk, hand rolled hem, made in France. Signed by artist and Hermes. Original tag attached. No stains smells or fabric pulls. Small “S” stamp under care tag as this was a production sample. Large shawl 140cm size can be worn many ways. As a scarf, as a coverall, as a dress, shirt, bag, skirt and so many more beautiful creative ways. No box. Measurements 54”x54” From Hermes: Architect and designer Nigel Peake imagines cities. The city he has constructed for this design stretches towards the sky in a dynamic, joyful and modern whole. "Facades are windows, " he says, as all the colors are reflected in them. He thought of the soft breeze of a summer day, the breath of air that gently stirs all things, and pictured himself strolling around avenues, boulevards and parks, observing out of the corner of his eye the rustling trees and seedlings that stipple the design. Geometric yet poetic, free yet ordered, this triangle composition transports us to a world that is both strange and real.
