A minimal $15.00 packing fee per invoice will be charged and can increase based on quantity and labor, in addition to actual shipping cost and packing materials. We will select the most economical shipping method unless the buyer requests and pays for a specific carrier or service. Shipping invoices must be paid prior to shipment.
