RUSSELL, BARBICAN, LONDON A LATE GEORGE III BRASS MOUNTED MAHOGANY THREE TRAIN BRACKET CLOCK the arched pedimented case with ball finials and pierced sound frets above stop-reeded quarter columns and fretted side panels on a boxwood strung plinth base and brass ball feet. 8" arched painted dial with strike/silent, signed centre and Roman chapter ring fronting a three train chain driven fusee movement with signed engraved backplate, quarter striking on eight bells and hour strike on a single large bell; anchor escapement and lockable pendulum. (72cm high 37cm wide at base 25cm deep)
