Marked ''Haas & C. Gratz''; the hinged top with green-ground quatrefoil enclosing an armorial lion, flanked by oval inscription within mask head scroll surrounds, the corners and fronts with oval blue-ground inscriptions, opening to velvet-lined interior, the case with putti, caryatides and foliate handles.
