TWO 17 C DUTCH WATERCOLORS BY HENDRICK VERSCHURING Two old watercolor drawings by Hendrick Verschuring (1627-1690) Dutch 17-century artist, titled “Two Studies of a Man in a Boat”. Both are signed on the lower left hand corner. The sizes of the drawings are 6 15/16 by 6 13/16 inches (17.6 by 17.3 cm.) and 3 14/16 by 5 15/16 inches (9.8 by 15.1 cm.). The size of the paper the drawings are pasted to is 13 ¼ by 10 ¾ inches 33.6 by 27.3 cm.).
