Wooden/saw dust interior with mohair exterior mounted on a metal frame with wooden and metal red painted wheels. Has original horsehair tail and leather hooves. Markings & Inscriptions: Unmarked Date: Early to mid 20th century Maker: Steiff Dimensions: 19.5” x 22” x 11”. Provenance: From a Phoenixville, Pennsylvania collection. Condition: Fair condition. One eye is missing, significant wear to horse's back from use, missing ears and mane, loss to paint on wheels.
