Provenance: From a Downingtown, Pennsylvania collection; originally purchased from DeCaro Auction Sales, Inc., Jan 9, 1988, Lot 93, ”Important American and English Furniture and Related Decorative Arts and Accessories, ” Odessa, Delaware. Condition: Replaced brasses, scattered minor losses, shrinkage cracks, etc. One brass missing the pull handle, one pigeon hole with loose valance.
