Two Antique Hickory Wood Shaft Golf Club Putters, Wry Neck Burke Model X78 Bee and Flower Cleek Mark - Description: Two early 20th century antique hickory wood shaft golf putters to include: a Draper Maynard flanged ”The Lucky Dog Kind” dash and dot face putter with a notched hosel and deep hand nicking at the hosel join to the shaft. There is a clear and deep D&M / Dog stamp to the rear of the clubhead. No apparent rust, oxidation or caddy cleaning marks. Along with a Burke Golf Co. wry-neck Model X78 rounded back putter with double cleek marks of a daisy flower and a bee, one at the toe and one at the heel. This club is further stamped for Warner, and Prestwick, and has deep hand nicking at the hosel join to the shaft.
