Chinese Yixing Zisha Pottery Tea Cups & Bowl - Type: Cups, bowl Materials: Pottery Markings & Inscriptions: Unmarked Date: Ca. 1900 Maker: Late Qing Dynasty or Republic period Description: Three Yixing pottery tea cups with enamel decoration and turqouise interior glaze, together with a pottery bowl with glazed interior. Provenance: the consignor's grandfather worked as a doctor in China in the early 20th century. Condition: 3” H x 5” dia (bowl), 1.75” H x 2.25” W (cups). One teacup with hairline, one with corrosion sp. to rim, one with chips to the rim and losses to the interior glaze, The bowl with small paint drip on exterior, wear to interior glaze, scattered small chips to the inner rim.
