Chinese Qing Rice Grain Porcelain Cups & Saucers - Type: Cup & Saucer Materials: Porcelain Markings & Inscriptions: Each with spurious Kangxi four-character marks on the underside Date: 19th century Maker: Qing Dynasty Description: A set of four late Qing chinese 'Rice Grain' porcelain cups and saucers with blue & white Nanking pattern decoration. Provenance: the consignor's grandfather worked as a doctor in China in the early 20th century. Condition: Saucer: 5.75” Dia; Cup: 3.75” Dia x 2.5” H. Two cups with hairlines, one with old staple repair. One saucer with chip to foot, two with a small rim chip. One cup with tape repair, pieces present and need restoration.
