A RUSSIAN 14K GOLD ETERNA HUNTER-CASE POCKET WATCH WITH IMPERIAL CIPHER - A Swiss Eterna pocket watch made for the Russian market, housed in a polished 14K gold hunter case. The front cover is engraved and filled in black with the crowned Cyrillic cipher of Empress Maria Feodorovna. The inner cuvette is inscribed ”ETERNA GRAND PRIX” and decorated with six award medallions. Fitted with a gilt mechanical movement with jeweled bearings. The case is marked ”56,” ”14K, ” and ”0.585,” with serial number ”2509561.” Switzerland, early 20th century. Conditions: Overall good condition. The movement has not been tested.
