A HAND-PAINTED MINIATURE OF NAPOLEON AFTER DELAROCHE, 19TH CENTURY - A watercolor and gouache miniature of French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte, after Paul Delaroche's 1840 painting 'Napoleon I at Fontainebleau on March 31, 1814'. The piece is kept within a brightly gilt frame decorated with neo-classical patterns and affixed with convex glass. France, 19th century. Dimensions: 4 1/4 x 3 1/2 in., (10.8 x 8.9 cm.)
