AN ERIK HÖGLUND FOR KOSTA BODA CAST-GLASS FACE SCULPTURE - A Swedish Modernist cast clear-glass sculpture designed by Erik Höglund (1932-1998) for Kosta Boda, modeled as a stylized human face with strongly defined features and characteristic irregularities and bubbles within the glass. Mounted within a black metal frame raised on a slender stem and circular base. The underside of the base impressed ”BODA”. Sweden, second half of the 20th century.
