The surface shows a rich dark patina with detailed modeling to the birds and surrounding branches. The composition reflects the refined metalwork and naturalistic taste of the Meiji period. A well-balanced decorative piece with strong sculptural presence. Dimensions: H: 9 3/4 in., (25 cm.) Condition: Very good with a nice bronze patina throughout.
