Realistically painted icon of the Kazan Mother of God, overlaid with a multi piece silver gilt, repoussé and engraved oklad with champleve enamel haloes and border. Hallmarks: 84 Russian silver sandard, kokoshnik, maker's mark 'SKZ' for Сергей Карлович Захаров in Cyrillic. Dimensions: 4 1/8 x 3 3/8 x 3/4 in., (10.5 x 8.5 x 2 cm.) Conditions: Good condition.
