A RUSSIAN PARCEL-GILT SILVER AND CLOISONNÉ ENAMEL TEA GLASS HOLDER - Of cylindrical form, the gilt body is finely decorated in polychrome cloisonné enamel with paired stylized birds amid scrolling foliage and flowerheads on a stippled ground. The pierced rim formed as interlaced blue and white scrolls, above turquoise enamel bead borders. Raised on four bracket feet and fitted with an elaborate geometric handle decorated with turquoise, blue and white enamel. The underside is engraved with an ornate foliate monogram. Hallmarks: maker's initials ”HA”, 1892, 84 silver standard and Moscow Kokoshnik assay mark. Weight: 8.6 o., 246 g. Dimensions: H: 4 1/8 in., (10.5 cm.)
