A RUSSIAN PARCEL-GILT-SILVER AND CLOISONNE ENAMEL CIGARETTE CASE BY SAZIKOV - Rectangular with rounded corners, both sides decorated in polychrome cloisonné enamel with stylized peacocks, flowerheads, berries and scrolling foliage in shades of blue, green, pink, red, orange, yellow, white and aubergine against a pale blue ground. One side is centered by a circular cartouche. The borders are formed as rows of dark green enamel cabochons. The gilt interior is fitted with two retaining straps and the thumbpiece is set with a red cabochon. Bearing an Imperial warrant mark above ”САЗИКОВЪ” and an ”88” kokoshnik silver-standard mark.
