A RUSSIAN PARCEL-GILT SILVER AND CLOISONNÉ ENAMEL TEA GLASS HOLDER BY GUSTAV KLINGERT, 1895 - Moscow, 1895. Of cylindrical form on a flared circular foot, the body decorated with scrolling silver cloisons and stylized foliate medallions in turquoise, cobalt blue, white, red and gray enamels, bordered by rows of white enamel pellets. The angular handle and spreading foot similarly enamelled, the interior gilt. Struck beneath with the Cyrillic maker's mark ”Г.К.” for Gustav Klingert, assayer's mark ”L.O”, dated 1895, ”84” silver standard and Moscow city mark. Weight: 6.4 o., 182 g.
