The underside of the lid is engraved: ”Grandma, /From Louise/Christmas 1887.” Hallmarks: 84 Russian silver standard, maker's mark 'GK' for Gustav Klingert, Moscow, 1882-1899, also stamped ”Made for Tiffany” Weight: 1.6 o., 46.3 g.
