A RUSSIAN IMPERIAL PORCELAIN FACTORY BISCUIT PORCELAIN CAMEO OF FIELD MARSHAL BARCLAY DE TOLLY - St. Petersburg, 1912. The circular biscuit porcelain medallion modelled in low relief with a profile portrait of Field Marshal Prince Michael Andreas Barclay de Tolly (1761–1818), facing right and wearing military uniform. The reverse impressed in Cyrillic ”БАРКЛАЙ ДЕ ТОЛЛИ” and bearing the green crowned cypher of Emperor Nicholas II dated 1912. Mounted within a circular metal frame applied with translucent purple guilloché enamel over an engine-turned ground, with a suspension ring and wood backing.
