The center is decorated with an Imperial double-headed Eagle holding a torch and laurel wreath, the border is painted with gilt ornament over blue ground, and a gilded rim. Green underglaze factory mark on the verso with the cipher of AIII. Dimensions: D: 9 1/2 in., (24.2 cm.) Conditions: Very good. Some minor wear and material lost on gilt bands.
