A RUSSIAN POPOV PORCELAIN FIGURE OF A WOMAN SELLING RIBBON, 19TH CEN. - A Russian porcelain figure produced by the Popov Porcelain Factory, depicting a peasant woman in traditional winter attire presenting a range of different colored ribbons for sale. The underside bears the impressed Popov mark, as well as the number ”27” in red ink. Russia, 19th century. Dimensions: H: 6 1/4 in., (15.9 cm.) Conditions: Very good, with one small chip to base.
