D-shaped brass guard (stamped with inspection mark), back strap, and the lion head pommel , crossed artillery cannons on the langet, grip is covered with ray skin and double wrapped with twisted wire, curved blade with wide fuller marked "ALEX COPPEL, SOLINGEN", stamped on the rib with crowned "W15" and inspection mark, metal scabbard with regimental stamp "3.G.A.3.2." and crossed out "1.G.A.8.1." and "M."
