A ROYAL DUX STYLE CZECHOSLOVAKIAN POTTERY FIGURE, EARLY 20TH CENTURY - Depicting a partially draped Orientalist maiden with gilt armbands and flowing trousers, accompanied by a young page or attendant in a turban holding a domed tray. The figures stand upon a scalloped base with gilt highlights. The soft matte bisque surface is shaded in warm flesh tones, greens, and ochres, typical of early 20th-century Central European figural production influenced by Royal Dux. Underside impressed with numerals 13932, additional decorator’s mark in iron red, and stamped in sepia with a circular mark reading ”Made in Czechoslovakia”, indicating export production in the interwar period (c. 1920–1938).
