A RUSSIAN SILVER AND ENAMEL BADGE IN THE FORM OF A CROSSED SHOULDER BOARDS - A RUSSIAN IMPERIAL SILVER AND ENAMEL BADGE OF A JUNIOR OFFICER, CIRCA 1900–1917. Of unusual form, constructed as two crossed officers’ shoulder boards, worked in silver with applied enamels: blue fields with silver buttons at the upper ends, intersected by central stripes in translucent red enamel, the center set with a small applied silver star. Reverse plain, with suspension loops above. Hallmarks: 84 silver proof with kokoshnik, maker's initials: ”EC”. Weight: 0.2 oz., 4 g. Please make all inquiries before bidding.
