Weight: 5.00 g. Dimensions: 27.26 × 26.17 mm. Circular badge in the form of a ship’s wheel, featuring a central light-blue enamel field with a white sailboat. Above, a red banner with a star and anchor motif reads ”ЮНЫЙ МОРЯК” (”Young Sailor”). The lower border bears the inscription ”ОСОАВИАХИМ СССР” (”OSOAVIAKHIM USSR”) in dark blue enamel.
