The obverse shows a portrait of Joseph Stalin in profile against a radiant red enamel background, with a sheaf of wheat to the left, agricultural machinery below, and the regional designation ”Chelyabinskaya Oblast” at the base. Reverse with screwback fitting, the screwplate stamped ”TsS / VVOO” (Workshop of the Central Council of the All-Army Military-Hunting Society, Moscow).
