A HAND-AND-A-HALF SWORD IN THE 16TH CENTURY STYLE, 19TH CENTURY - A heavy hand-and-a-half sword in 16th century style with an elaborately chased and decorated hilt with depictions of flowers, serpents, and shells, with a pommel in the shape of a heart. The blade is unsharpened and bears multiple stamped marks, 'IL10:1251', 'K.2:5', and '48'. The accompanying black leather scabbard is affixed with molded brass mounts which have been stamped 'IL10:1235'. Please make all inquiries before bidding. All lots are sold ”as-is”, refer to our T&C.
